  • How can I book a yoga class or an event?


You can easily book a yoga class or an event by sending an email. Please note that all bookings are handled exclusively through email, and all further communication will be conducted via email as well. You must be at least 18 years old to book and attend the yoga classes.


  • How do I pay for a yoga class or an event?


For the time being payment is only accepted through an invoice issued by Frilans Finans Sverige AB.

The paid invoice will serve as your receipt for the purchase. Unpaid invoices will be sent to Inkasso. No partial payments are accepted.


  • What are the payment terms?


Payment terms are 10 days. In case of late payment via invoice, a late payment interest of 24% will be charged.



Here are a couple of things to consider before your yoga class


 

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
  • We practice yoga barefoot.
  • If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please inform me before the class so I can provide appropriate assistance.
  • Avoid heavy meals within two to three hours before the yoga class.
  • Refrain from drinking water during the yoga class to avoid discomfort and nausea.
  • Feel free to ask questions or share concerns during the class; I'm here to assist you and provide customized instructions or modifications as needed.
  • Please log in 3-5 minutes before our online classes to prepare and ensure a timely start. For in-person classes, consider arriving 15-20 minutes earlier.
  • My yoga classes are open and encourage creativity, emphasizing listening to YOUR own needs and the state of the day. Your practice is entirely up to you.
