Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Vibe & Glow Yoga by Laura (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

We refer to yoga classes (online & physical), courses (online & physical), events, pre-recorded material, sales, marketing, webinars, including our website, as well as any related services, as “the service”.


These purchase and terms of use specify how you may use the service. I reserve the right to change these purchase and terms of use and disclaim responsibility for typographical errors and ongoing updates.


By booking through email and providing your details, you consent to access our services, and you accept the Purchase and Terms of Use as well as the Privacy Policy. Whether you have read these or not, you are legally bound by them, subject to the conditions stated below. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Booking


You must be at least 18 years old to become a customer.

You can easily book by sending an email. This applies to all services.

NOTE! We accept bookings only through this email.

All communication takes place via email.


When you purchase a product/membership/service, the booking is binding.

If you have purchased a live-streamed course/class, and it cannot be conducted live due to the instructor being affected by illness or other limiting circumstances, you will be provided access to a pre-recorded video that corresponds to the missed session.

We reserve the right to change the offerings in the schedule if there are too few bookings 2 weeks before the class/course start.

When you make a purchase, you also agree to the general terms and refund policy that apply. See below.


Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT.

Payment is made only against an invoice issued by Frilans Finans Sverige AB. You can read more here: https://www.frilansfinans.se/

The paid invoice is then the receipt for your purchase. Unpaid invoices will be sent to debt collection-Inkasso.

NOTE! No partial payments.

All services provided are personal and cannot be transferred to someone else.

We strive to always keep the information up-to-date and correct, but we reserve the right to possible typographical errors on the website, in social media, and in other communication channels.

 

Cancellation

For cancellation of a spot in our group classes:

3 hours is the cancellation limit, after which you will be charged 199 SEK. You will receive an invoice via email afterwards. If the invoice remains unpaid, it will be forwarded to debt collection - Inkasso.

If you do not show up for a booked class/course and have not paid, one session will be deducted, or alternatively, you will receive an invoice via email afterwards.

If you do not show up for a paid booking, the paid amount will not be refunded.

NOTE! No compensation for missed classes.

 

For cancellation of private yoga:

This must be done at least 3 hours before the scheduled time via email with the subject 'Cancellation of private yoga'. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a fee of 499 SEK, payable via invoice. If cancellation occurs later, the session unfortunately cannot be rescheduled; I regret but insist. If we need to cancel, you will be informed via text message, and the session will be rescheduled.

When you confirm your purchase of private yoga, you accept that the service begins immediately, and thereby waive your right to any refund. Booking private yoga and coaching is binding, because from the moment your purchase is made, work begins on creating a unique and personal solution just for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if you miss a class, course, workshop, training, event due to any kind of personal event.

In cases of serious, prolonged illness or emergency, please contact us to find an alternative solution. We cannot guarantee a solution but will do our best to find one.


For cancellation of yoga events:

When you confirm your purchase of yoga events, you accept that the service begins immediately, and thereby waive your right to any refund. Booking yoga events is binding, because from the moment your purchase is made, work begins on creating a unique and personal solution just for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if you miss a class, course, workshop, training, event due to any kind of personal event.

In cases of serious, prolonged illness or emergency, please contact us to find an alternative solution. We cannot guarantee a solution but will do our best to find one.


Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

When purchasing a digital product and/or service (for example, a pre-recorded class, apps, programs), the buyer's right of withdrawal is consumed as soon as one clicks on the link/login to the page where the digital product is located.

Therefore, it is not possible to make a purchase, use the service (NOTE: opening and accessing the digital material means the service has been used) or utilize the digital product for 14 days, and then regret the purchase.

When you confirm your purchase of private yoga, you accept that the service starts immediately, and thereby waive your right to any refund. Booking private yoga is binding, because from the moment your purchase is made, work begins to create a unique and personal solution specifically for you.

Therefore, please carefully review the product description or contact us via email to determine if the service is suitable for you, to minimize the risk of an unsatisfactory purchase since the right of withdrawal is consumed once the customer has access to the digital service.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund if you miss a class, course, workshop, training, event due to any kind of personal event.

In cases of serious, prolonged illness or emergency, please contact me to find an alternative solution. We cannot guarantee a solution but will do our best to find one.

Limitations of Liability

As a customer, you are responsible for listening to your body, using your common sense, and considering your personal physical limitations. Information and instructions provided in all services are intended only as recommendations, suggestions, and guidelines. If you do not agree with them, you should not follow them. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any loss/damage, including indirect or consequential loss/damage, arising from or in connection with the use of the service and/or digital and/or physical products and services.


License, Rights, and Obligations

When purchasing our services, you receive a limited license, allowing you to use the provided material within the purchase terms specified at the time of purchase. If there is suspicion of unauthorized use of the service, copying, or plagiarism, you will be immediately disconnected from the service without a refund. Your purchase is personally binding and is for private use only. You will not rewrite or republish anything from my services in your own products, programs, services, or the like for your personal use, commercial use, or in any other way that earns you money.

If you have any questions regarding the Purchase and User Terms, Privacy Policy, how we use your information, or your rights, you can contact me directly via email.

We only store details that have been registered by the customer or by us in connection with a placed order/booking. We commit to not disclosing personal data, email addresses, or other customer information to third parties without the explicit consent of the customer. We commit to immediately removing information about the customer if they request it.

We reserve the right to change this policy from time to time, regular updates, and we are not liable for typographical errors, incorrect information, and errors in specification for all services.
